Making Payments. Mexa Travels primarily favors EFT and swift payment options for both international and local guests. We also offer a pay-fast credit card option, which incurs a 3.5% surcharge on the payment amount.

All formal quotes are valid for only 24 hours only.  [Flight rates are out of our control and these can change within minutes of quoting].

Flight-based packages require an 80% deposit of your booking total payable within 24 hours to Secure your booking.

Please Note: Bookings that are not secured with full payment are subject to increases in flight levies and taxes or any unforeseen charges by the third-party provider.

All balance payments are due 60 days prior to the trip departure. If you are booking within 60 days of the trip then full payment will be due to secure.

A valid passport is required and must have at least 2 open pages and 6 Months of Validity.

Please use your Invoice number + your name & surname as the payment reference.
